Competence diagnosis is an online test of approximately 80 questions, just like an exam. Thanks to it, you will learn your competence gaps in terms of knowledge and skills and get used to the theoretical exam formula.

What does the complete coaching course consist of?

Competence diagnosis

From this diagnosis you will learn what you should learn. It will allow you to monitor whether during the training you supplement the knowledge and skills that you need.

Access to the e-learning platform

You will have access to the platform during the entire course and up to two months after its completion. E-learning contains both materials as well as the opportunity to quickly communicate with your group's supervisor and other training participants.

Workshops with a trainer

During the workshops you will practice specific skills, develop or obtain managerial tools that will allow you to work effectively.

Certification exam

You will take the exam at the chosen level and it will be adjusted to your competency level as described.

Tool database

We offer you help in designing new trainings and development projects. You will have access to a community of professionals and consultants with whom you will be able to exchange experiences, consult and inspire.

The exam consists of a test containing 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the selected level, designing and conducting training using activation methods or the entire training cycle.
