Competence diagnosis is an online test of approximately 80 questions, just like an exam. Thanks to it, you will learn your competence gaps in terms of knowledge and skills and get used to the theoretical exam formula.

6 days of group classes or 3 days of individual classes + 30 hours of e-learning
During the course you will conduct at least 2 trainings (coaching etudes) under supervision.

The tools you'll receive:
- Training design tools using the experimental adult learning cycle
- Tools for preparing scenarios (training outlines) along with an assessment of the effectiveness of training at Kirkpatrick's 2nd level,
- You will prepare an outline, script and a set of training materials for the training, which you will then conduct,
- Worksheet evaluation and training evaluation sheet,
- You will prepare a set of proprietary training tools in the area of: game, case study, simulation, staging, role plays, workshop and others, coaching style questionnaire
Trainer as an agent of changes in the organization

- Individual change and its stages
- Equation of individual change
- Resistance in change and overcoming them

Coaching certificates are intended for people who conduct training for adults or manage training activities in companies or training departments.
How to take the Certification Exam?
The exam consists of a test containing 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the selected level, designing and conducting training using activation methods or the entire training cycle.
