Our courses are a combination of experience and charisma of great trainers and modern technologies.

Due to many years of experience we can easilyapply various training methods such as workshop, coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training games, simulations and more. Our portfolio includes courses and trainings which were supported by such professionals as actors, IT specialists and programmers.

Verification, Support, Challenges - this is our own, innovative, and constantly improved working methodology, which ensures extremely high efficiency of our trainings.

Skill leveling/calibration

Depending on the individual level of professional experience and skills that we determine in the competence diagnosis, we select a development program at the appropriate level for each participant.

Optimized training time

The courses include: competence diagnosis, e-learning, work with a trainer and competence test after training. Thanks to our own methodology, learning takes between 48 and 84 hours for the participant without reducing the substantive content and is focused on practical improvement of professional skills.

International Certifications

All courses enable you to earn an American Certification Institute® certificate at a confirmed level, opening the way to an international career.

Continuous effectiveness measurement

Each of our trainings is subject to checking its effectiveness at three levels of D. Kirkpatrick effectiveness. Customers receive detailed reports on the participants' achievements and indications for further development.

Constant supervision over the work of trainers

Courses and trainings are conducted by certified practitioners/ trainers with charismatic personalities, whose work is verified on an ongoing basis by supervision and constant improvement of skills.
