Taking part in our course, you will learn the most effective methods and techniques used in teaching adults, you will learn how to implement the entire training cycle, starting from identifying the training needs of participants and designing the training, through conducting workshops,
and finally evaluating the level of participants' knowledge and skills after the training.
An undeniable benefit of attending our training is also the opportunity to take the American Certification Institute® (ACI®) certification exam, and upon passing it, join the ranks of thousands of people from around the world who can boast the Certified International Professional Trainer® (CIPT®) certification. You can also take the certification separately, without having previously attended our training, but we encourage you to attend, as the methods and techniques used during the workshop provide a unique opportunity to practice applying newly acquired knowledge and skills in practice, and the workshop itself is a time for participants to exchange experiences with each other and between participants and the trainer.
The uniqueness of our trainer training is also manifested in the innovative blended-learning formula in which it is delivered. It includes both live workshops and online classes delivered on an e-learning platform.
Before the start of the training, you will face a competency test - an online test, through which you will learn which issues of the training are already familiar to you, which will be completely new to you,
and which require reminding and consolidation. The competency survey also provides us with valuable information - thanks to it we can design the training so that it is most useful and fruitful for you.
Our trainer training is part of a series of ACI® standards-based Excellent Business Trainer® development programs. ACI® programs are aligned with the requirements of the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).

Competency survey
Competency survey is an online test that will help you identify your competency gaps in knowledge and skills and get used to the theory exam formula.
The competency survey will help you determine which level of training will be optimal for you.
You can buy the competency survey separately, while in the full blended-learning course it is already included in the training price.
Examination and certification
The exam consists of a test of 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the level chosen, a presentation of a management task or management project.
