We specialized then in delivery of closed, tailor-made training, management, customer service and development of cooperation competences.

The scope of the certification included the design and delivery of training and consultancy services.

The integrated program resulted in increasing the distribution network and improving sales efficiency.

In total, by mid-2019, we had already trained over 700 management trainers, including over 100 certified.

Acquiring EU projects for clients with a global value of PLN 50 million.

In total, we have completed over 1000 training and consulting hours as Heuresis. Cooperation with us resulted in the implementation of tools to improve productivity as well as higher work efficiency and increased employees` satisfaction.

An integrated program for the management and employees supporting cooperation during the large transition process from the center of Rzeszów to the company`s new plant in Jasionka.

Supporting the process of improving the efficiency of internal training – “Train the Trainers” program.

Stimulating commitment and preventing disruptions during the transfer of the production plant from Kraków to Niepołomice.

In cooperation with Dom Szkoleń i Doradztwa we have prepared courses based on the adult learning cycle in the form of animated films with numerous interactions.

We have established cooperation with RC Business as an accredited partner in the field of certified trainings.

We supplemented training and consulting services with our own, innovative IT tool, which introduced us to the group of software publishers and prompted us to change the name, which in the previous wording did not take into account our entire scope of activity.

A module for managing competences of the SmartManager application is created (still under the name Depth).

2019
In 2014, we were the first company to receive the Małopolska Standards for Education and Training Services certificate.This certificate was closed in a time capsule. The ceremonial submission took place on January 11, 2019 during the Małopolska Conference of Public Employment Services organized by the Voivodship Labor Office.

We re-started the ISO 9001: 2015 certification, which we successfully passed.
