At that time, we specialized in the implementation of closed-door, "tailor-made" training courses in management, customer service and collaborative competence development.

The scope of the certification included the design and delivery of training and consulting services.

Integrated program resulted in increased distribution network and improved sales efficiency.

In total, by mid-2019, we had already trained more than 700 management trainers, including certification of more than 100.

Acquisition of EU projects for clients with a global value of PLN 50 million.

In total, we completed more than 1,000 training and consulting hours at the company. Cooperation with us resulted in the implementation of productivity improvement tools and higher productivity and increased employee satisfaction.

Integrated program for managers and employees to support cooperation during the company's large-scale relocation operation from the center of Rzeszow to the new plant in Jasionka.

We supplemented ourtraining and consulting services with prepared IT tools, which introduced us to the group of software publishers and prompted us to change our name, which in its previous form did not include our entire scope of activity.

The competence management module of theSmartManager application (still under the name Depth) is created.

In 2014, we were the first company to receive the certificate of the Malopolska Standards of Educational and Training Services. This certificate was enclosed in a time capsule. The ceremonial submission took place on January 11, 2019, during the Małopolska Conference of Public Employment Services organized by the Provincial Labor Office.

We re-certified ISO 9001:2015, which we successfully passed.
