What is success in and how to achieve it? Is this reaching a certain level of development set by society? Or is it a guarantee of financial stability and a future peaceful life?

There are as many definitions of success as there are many people formulating them. To a large extent, success is your own awareness of achieving the previously set goal, based on persistent work, combined with an effective idea for its implementation. Undoubtedly, there are some beaten, proven in practice indicators of success, and necessary conditions, the failure of which excludes the mere functioning in the economy, not to mention the intentions of achieving more spectacular ambitions - reaching the tops in business rankings. How did those who are already credited with being called successful people reach their goals? What were they guided by? What do they think should be taken into account when we have surfaced in the waters of the rapid current of market competition?

„Sweet plans”

Everyone has the right to a better life, says Małgorzata Michalska, owner of the confectionery chain Michalscy. Wife, mother and businesswoman in one person - "adamant trinity." How did she start, how did she achieve success and what results from her experience?

Małgorzata Michalska showed diligence and enthusiasm for work as a child, helping with a family farm in a country house. She claims that her further fate and career development were conditioned by an irresistible desire to be independent. Contrary to popular opinion, the emergence of the first child turned out to be a breakthrough moment in professional life. The new situation gave birth to an opportunity that the heroine used to start her mini-deal, consisting in selling used children's clothing. It soon turned out that this idea was slowly depleted. On the winding path of finding their place among entrepreneurs, with a baggage of experience accumulated in conducting their first activity, the search for a market niche was ongoing. - It was an impulse - says Małgorzata. - Many people advised me against implementing the idea for a cafe business. They said that after all, people prefer home-made products, but it was only a testimony on my side. I wanted to give customers exactly what they expected - delicious, homemade, sweet pastries.

The idea turned out to be a bull's-eye. The increase in interest in the products of Mrs. Michalska went hand in hand with their high quality. One confectionery from which it started very quickly transformed into their entire network. - Over time, we changed locations to larger ones and opened more sales points. Soon the idea of ​​developing a business appeared and we started to produce sandwiches, and after a few moments we dealt with all catering. At the moment, we run 12 confectioneries and a large banquet hall for 1,500 people, in which we already have space reserved for next year's proms - says Michalska.

"Mediterranean sense"

- Man learns his whole life - this true saying is put into practice by the owner of the Mediterranean restaurant chain ".........." in Warsaw - Jacek ........ An effective entrepreneur, owner of a business spark "Young wolf". What motivated him on his way to the goal and how does climbing from the perspective look like?

The beginning of business was as early as effective. Being just 11 years old, Jacek ..... on hot days distributed cold drinks to thirsty soldiers stationed in a nearby unit, buying them previously in a familiar cafe and charging them with an appropriate margin. He inherited the business line from his father, initially he gained many sacrifices and savings. During the mini-shop period, which lasted 3 years, our entrepreneur accumulated profits so that he had the initial capital for the implementation of subsequent projects. After a period of odd initiatives, it was time to implement your own original idea. How to make money from putting your dreams into practice? - It is said that money is on the street, you just have to reach for it. - says Jacek .......- Together with my brother-in-law we decided to open a restaurant. We wanted it to be kept in the Mediterranean climate. We have already seen the buzzing conversations of satisfied customers and wonderful aromas rising in a stylish interior. So we hired an architect, work on finishing the restaurant lasted several months. The end result was stunning, says the owner. - Soon, thanks to advertising and very good customer reviews, the restaurant began to "earn on its own." So we decided to open another, and then another. That's how we became the owners of 5 great places.
