Negotiation - Practice Only. A summer course for professionals
06/28/2021The Negotiations - Just Practice program was created for negotiators, managers and other people who professionally deal with business talks, such as commercial, purchasing or business development talks. The training formula is condensed, focused on practice and active participation of those taking part in the program.
The course will be held on August 25 and 26, 2021, in Krakow on the barge "Vistula Garden" (near Dębnicki Bridge).

Krzysztof Grząba
Business negotiator, trainer and manager. Graduated in ethics, mediation and negotiation, as well as business and management sociology. In recent years, he has completed numerous courses including business negotiation, mediation, business intelligence and counterintelligence, agile management and coaching workshop. He has also earned a number of certifications including Certified International Professional Negotiator® and Certified International Professional Trainer® accredited by the American Certification Intitute®, Professional Customer Service and Leaders of Tomorrow - leadership, strategy building and business models - ICAN Institute. He is currently engaged in contract management and negotiation at a state-owned company. Previously, he worked as a negotiator and manager in private companies. He has been involved in negotiations since 2014. He gained his skills through studies and work in a financial law firm, marketing and sales, and as an independent negotiator and manager. He has been providing educational classes, lectures and training since 2012.
