National Training Fund - Plans for 2021

A new pool of funding from the National Training Fund for 2021 has been launched. We have gathered information on our training industry. Who is the KFS for?

If you run a micro, small or medium enterprise and employ at least 1 employee you can apply for funding from KFS. On the other hand, if you are owner of a small or medium-sized enterprise and want to invest in the professional development of your employees, or take advantage of such an opportunity yourself of such an opportunity, you have the opportunity to recover up to 80% of the amount invested amount.

Labor Ministry priorities 2021

Priority consideration is givento however, applications in line with the priorities set for the year.

  1. Support for continuing education in connection with the application of new technologies and work tools in companies, including digital technologies and tools,
  2. Support for continuing education in deficit occupations identified in a given district or province,
  3. Support for continuing education continuing education of persons over 45 years of age,
  4. Support for continuing education continuing education for people returning to the labor market after a break related to child care.

Calls for applications are being conducted in the districts in the individual Labor Offices. We are constantly monitoring Krakow and approximately - Krakow labor offices to be as up to date as possible with the dates of calls for applications for KFS funding. At the beginning of February, information on this subject will appear. Remember! Early submission of an application increases your chances of getting a grant.

What can you allocate the funds?

  1. Specifying training needs that can be met with KFS funds
  2. Courses and postgraduate studies and examinations that your employees will take part in at the employer's initiative or with your consent
  3. Medical and psychological examinations, if they prove necessary
  4. Accident insurance in connection with participation in continuing education

You must submit an application for KFS funds for continuing education to the district labor office with jurisdiction over the employer's headquarters or place of business in accordance with the recruitment deadlines set by the PUP.
