Implementation of the competence system in the Opoczno City Hall

This week we carried out a training course completing the implementation of the competency system at Opoczno City Hall. There are different ways of defining competencies, their gradation and analysis. We are pleased that the approach proposed by our company and the team of experts working on this project was met with great appreciation
