Protecting the privacy of Users is particularly important to HEURESIS Ltd. Therefore, Users of this website are guaranteed high standards of privacy protection. HEURESIS Sp. z o. o. as a data administrator cares about the security of data provided by Users.

The Administrator's goal is to duly inform Users about their rights and obligations related to the processing of personal data, especially in view of the content of the data protection regulations set forth in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "RODO").

A User is any natural person to whom data pertains who uses this Website or the electronic services available through the Website.

I. Use of the Site by the User and protection of personal data
1. Use of the Service is anonymous and does not require registration of the User, nor does it require provision by the User during use of the Service of any data enabling the Administrator to identify the User directly or indirectly within the meaning of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "RODO").
2. The Administrator, as part of the Service, allows Users only to view content published on the Service. The Administrator does not provide functionalities within the Service that allow the User to make personal data directly available on the Service. However, the User may make his/her personal data available by contacting the Administrator using the Administrator's contact information provided in the Service (e-mail address, postal address, telephone) or by establishing a business relationship (concluding an agreement).
3. The Administrator of the Service reserves the right to collect and process anonymous statistics on Users, in order to learn about their preferences and assess respect for the rules of using the Service. The above data do not constitute personal data within the meaning of the provisions of RODO and are not subject to the protection provided therein.

II. Cookies
1. The Administrator of the Website informs that when using the Website, short text information called "cookies" are stored in the User's terminal equipment. The "cookies" files contain such IT data as: the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the User's end device, recording parameters and statistics, and a unique number. "Cookies" files are directed to the Service's server via the web browser installed on the User's final device.

"Permanent" "cookies" are stored in the User's terminal equipment for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" or until they are removed by the User. "Permanent" "cookie" files are installed in the User's final device only with the User's consent.
4. The Service Administrator informs that:
a. Internet browsers accept by default the installation of "cookies" on the User's final device. Each User of the Service may at any time change the settings concerning "cookies" files in the Internet browser used by him in such a way that the browser automatically blocks the handling of "cookies" files, or informs the User about their each time they are placed on his final device. Detailed information about the possibility and ways of handling "cookies" files is available in the settings of the Internet browser used by the User of the Website.
b. Restricting the use of "cookies" by the User may adversely affect the correctness of display of information available on the Website.
5. Cookies" files installed in the Service User's terminal equipment may be used by advertisers or business partners cooperating with the Service Administrator.
6. The content of "cookies" does not allow the Service Administrator to identify the identity of a User.
7. Only the Service Administrator has access to "cookies" files processed by the Service server.

III. Changes to the Privacy Policy
In order to update the information contained in this Privacy Policy and its compliance with applicable laws, this Privacy Policy may be amended. If the content of the Privacy Policy is changed, the update date indicated at the end of its text will be changed. In order to inquire about how to protect personal data, the Administrator recommends Users to regularly read the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
