Marketing Specialist
Main tasks
- Building and increasing the company's brand recognition in the training and consulting services market,
- Preparing and coordinating the implementation of marketing and promotional strategy,
- Editing and publishing promotional content on the website and social media (promotions, blogs, newsletters, posts, etc.),
- Establishing relationships with media and partners,
- Contacting the media and taking care of the presence of the company's offer in social media,
- Contacting and taking care of training participants,
- Initiating and engaging the community in discussions, creating groups,
- Conceptualizing, managing and executing marketing campaigns and marketing emails using various outreach channels: SEO, PPC, social media, online and offline events,
- Testing and implementing tools to facilitate marketing activities,
- Promoting the brand at domestic and international industry events (trade shows/conferences),
- Organizing external/internal events,
- Fulfilling orders for marketing materials,
- Planning and managing the marketing budget,
- Constant analysis of the company's competition.
Requirements
- Education in the field,
- Experience in a similar position working in the SME sector,
- Ability to take a strategic approach to marketing activities,
- Practical knowledge of marketing techniques and tools (knowledge of the tool, Mautic will be an advantage),
- Ability to prepare information and edit texts,
- Attention to detail, accuracy,
- Conscientiousness and self-reliance in performing assigned tasks,
- Business sense based on the company's goals and code of ethics,
- Knowledge of English to a very good degree.

o Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO: in the case of your consent to the processing of personal data in relation to data that is not required by the above-mentioned legal regulations, but which you provide on the basis of your voluntary consent;
- Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participating in the recruitment process for a vacant position at Heuresis Ltd.
- The recipients of your personal data will be Heuresis employees authorized to process personal data, in connection with the recruitment process, and entities entrusted by Heuresis with the processing of personal data, as long as access to your data is necessary for the proper execution of their duties;
- Your personal data will be stored for a period until the recruitment procedure is completed, not longer than 3 months;
- You have the right to access the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability. If the processing of your data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the basis for processing is lawful) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
