The project will be implemented for 24 months: from 31.12.2020 until 30.12.2022
The amount of grant awarded is: 76,007.51 PLN and includes co-financing in the following proportions:
94.29% European funds budget and 5.71% state budget funds.
Project objective
The main objective of the project is to increase the competence of managers and faculty in building and using e-learning and technological tools to optimize and increase the effectiveness of implemented blended-learning programs for adults.
Secondary objective includes establishing cooperation, exchange of experience with European organizations using new technological tools to teach adults.
Direct objectives include updating the knowledge and developing the skills of the content team, management and technical staff:
- acquisition of knowledge by management, substantive and technical staff in modern techniques for teaching adults using e-learning, but also other technological tools such as social media, games, etc.
- development of skills for building e-learning lessons and curricula using modern technologies.
- substantive preparation to adapt e-learning to current trends and needs of adult people.
- acquiring international partners and entering European markets with our educational offer.
The project will enable us to acquire knowledge and skills that will contribute to the development of e-learning and blended-learning up-to-date in the substantive and technological areas.
About the project
The project "Transnational mobility of non-professional adult education staff" is implemented under Priority Axis IV "Social Innovation and Transnational Cooperation"
Measure: 4.2 Transnational mobility programs under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020 (PO WER).
Under the OP WER project, funding is provided to applications qualified to the reserve list in Erasmus+ Action KA1 "Mobility of Adult Education Personnel" for a given competition according to the ranking list.
The "Transnational Mobility of Non-professional Adult Education Personnel" project is an additional source of funding for projects submitted to the Erasmus+ program for the KA1 Action "Mobility of Adult Education Personnel" under the 2018, 2019, 2020 calls for proposals.
Funding for the project includes support in the form of a lump sum to cover the costs of travel, the participant's subsistence during the stay abroad, a possible fee for participation in the course, and organizational support (funds for preparation for mobility, ensuring the safety of participants on trips, dissemination and other costs of project implementation). In the case of participation in a foreign trip of persons with disabilities, the participation of accompanying persons is possible.
OUR MOBILITIES
Within the framework of the project, we plan to hold 9 mobilities to European countries in 2022.
