HR Academy - sustainability for HR managers and executives

Get a grant for 80% of the cost of bringing your company in line with sustainability principles and keep it competitive. Enrollment is ongoing!

Preparing sustainability strategy reporting is an urgent requirement for keeping a company competitive. Large companies are already required to report their impact on the environment, social capital, the community in which they operate and their customers starting next year.

Therefore, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development has prepared a unique offer also for large companies enabling them to obtain funding to prepare their company for the new requirements of sustainable development, especially in aspects related to social capital.

We invite small, medium and large enterprises, HR staff from small medium and large enterprises and managerial staff ofsmall, medium large enterprises and employees whose owners have plans for promotion to a managerial position to participate in training and consulting.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE:

To raise and develop the competencies of CEOs and HR managers to the changes in the labor market and organizational requirements related to demographic trends and the implementation of sustainable social capital (ESG) principles in Poland and Europe

As part of the HR Academy, HR Managers and CEOs will learn:

BARBARA MATYASZEK-SZAREK

Experienced HR manager and manager, with over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing HR functions in companies. Member of international bodies for competence management and implementation of validation systems. She cooperated in the creation of ZSK in Poland.

Monika Jankowska-Rangelov

Experienced manager and trainer in the field of diversity management and CSR in companies. Diversity management and CSR practitioner with over 20 years of experience.

MAŁGORZATA ŻURAWSKA

HR manager with more than 20 years of experience, HR management practitioner, specializing in issues related to building organizational strategy, compensation policy and strategy, and KPIs.
