Competency Survey

TheCompetency Survey is an online test that will help you identify your competency gaps in knowledge and skills and get you accustomed to the theory exam formula.

The competency survey will help you determine which level of training will be optimal for you.

You can buy the competency survey separately, while in the full blended-learning course it is already included in the training price.

Exam and certification

The exam consists of a test containing 80 single-choice questions and, depending on the level you choose, a presentation of a management task or management project.

She works in the education and business sectors. She received her master's degree from Jagiellonian University. She also earned a bachelor's degree in English language teaching. She has qualifications as a trainer, as well as a diploma in business and administration and a leadership certificate, which she earned in London.
She has worked as an English teacher and also as a deputy manager in an educational institution in the UK. She has very extensive experience in management training for leaders, managers and in business and customer service, which she gained while working as a trainer in Cambridge, UK. Expert in building educational tools dedicated to online learning using social media. Research interests: management styles, motivation and change management in organizations.
