Life coaching-a solution for those who want to manage their goals

Coaching has gained popularity in Poland over the past few years. Both individuals and companies use coaches-all to improve the quality of life or employee qualifications.
There are several varieties of coaching:

  • personal, which focuses on the internal sphere of a person
  • business, focused on business development
  • professional, related to career development
  • life coaching, on the other hand, focuses on increasing the quality of life and helps to achieve the set goals

Coaching - for whom?

A coach is a person who asks a lot of "good questions", i.e. questions that are designed to open our minds, to look at the discussed topic from many different perspectives. A conversation with a coach usually results in finding the best solutions for your goals.

So, any person who has a willingness to look at himself, wants to make the most of his talents or wants to discover new horizons for himself and, in a nutshell, put his life in order - can confidently take advantage of coaching and get the best out of it.

It is worth noting at this point that coaching is not the same as psychological therapy. The basic postulate of coaching is the assumption that the client has the power within himself to cope with any problem - thus creating a better future. It is addressed to completely healthy people.
Psychology, on the other hand, allows one to deal with the past, close it and become aware of the patterns of one's own behavior.

Coach yourself?

You can learn a lot from coaches-most importantly, how to ask the right questions that will direct you to the subjectively best solution.
Many coaching sessions help you identify goals and ways to achieve them.
What does this look like?

  1. Analysis of the here and now-i.e., gaining deep self-awareness.
  2. Defining goals-i.e., visioning a future that is good for us and setting a plan of action
  3. Finding ways to achieve these goals.
  4. Action

If a coaching session is on your mind-don't delay and take advantage of it. Such a meeting is a big step towards improving your emotional intelligence.

You can take from it not only a remedy for the problem, but also understand a pattern that in the future will help you with more freedom to make good decisions and deal with difficulties.
