Application for Erasmus+ project under Action 2: Partnerships for Cooperation
Heuresis, together with national and European partners, is applying for an Erasmus+ project. The title is "Adaptation Support for Employees Showing Symptoms of General Discouragement in Life and Work." By general discouragement we mean, among other things: depression, anxiety, job burnout, psychosis.
Recent studies indicate a decline in psychological resilience in society due to the pandemic period and isolation.
We want to see if this trend is noticeable in Polish companies. All this in order - in response to market needs - to create an educational program for line and HR managers, preparing them to support employees who show symptoms of general discouragement to life and work.
Therefore, we cordially invite managers to fill out a survey to support our project activities.
