New employee teams
06/23/2021
In today's technology-saturated world, competencies related to the combination of human and machine work are increasingly in demand in the job market. In today's post, I would like to present the collected results of the interesting report "2021 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends".
A handful of data
The main trend of the report is the creation of so-called "super teams," i.e. closely cooperating specialists of broad IT and machines, robots, technology and even sprouting AI. Such super teams are expected to get the best, most optimal and exalted results from their work. The forecast for the formation of such teams is very promising. By 2025 they are expected to be created, as many as 97 million. This is definitely a signal that in order to take care of your attractiveness as a candidate on the labor market, it is worth developing your skills precisely in this direction. Employers themselves, as the report shows, care about retraining their employees, towards creating "super teams." The expected return on this type of investment within a year settles at 66%. Automating as many processes as possible in companies is already a standard. No one is surprised that companies are eager to take advantage of the multitude of tools available to facilitate and speed up, for example, recruitment processes and improve the functioning of the entire organization.
Man and machine "shoulder to shoulder"
As practice shows, the use of IT and thus automation supports employees of many HR departments. Our team in its work uses, proprietary platform for comprehensive HR management - Smart Manager. Thanks to it, many activities performed by a person, which are repetitive activities and involve data processing, reporting, sending emails or completing documents, are performed automatically. Such tools are generally very flexible and can be freely programmed to perform the most necessary tasks. The basis, however, is that they are based on a repeatable and well-defined process.
Threat or real help?
Many companies are afraid of "hiring" digital support in their company. These are completely unfounded fears, and the basis for them is often ignorance. From there, the topic becomes unfamiliar, and from there it is quite close to fear. In fact, such solutions have so many advantages that possible "risks" rank in the vast minority. Platforms for management and communication in the company not only relieve HR specialists from doing "paperwork" which significantly affects the comfort of work, but also leave space for the most important things - the other person. In the case of other positions, such as technical, the relief of creating technical documentation leaves a lot of room for creativity! We are afraid of the unknown.
I strongly encourage all readers to get acquainted with the possibilities offered by the aforementioned technical solutions. Our specialists will be happy to answer a number of questions that arise.
