In the current pandemic situation, many of us work remotely - at home. It is quite difficult for business owners to get their team together, so that in this new reality in which we all find ourselves, the company runs as smoothly as when everyone was "on base". European Qualifications Framework
The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) - a structure of qualification levels adopted in the European Union as a reference system of national qualification frameworks, enabling comparison of qualifications obtained in different countries.
That's the definition, but what does it mean in practice? Let's imagine that we need to commission an employee - let's assume a production department - for some work, e.g. we need a welder with specific qualifications. We have several of them on board our plant. How do we weed out the one with the right skills needed to do the job? SmartManager, through the use of a division into degrees of competence: Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc., allows us to classify a specialist into the appropriate level. This gives us a quick answer as to which employee will be best suited for the task.

What is a role in SmartManager?
In accordance with its strategy, each company defines a set of positions necessary to achieve its goals, for which it determines the required qualifications. Our proposal is to organize competencies according to the roles performed in the company and assign them the required level of skills on a scale of 1 to 8, in accordance with the Polish and European Qualifications Framework.
