However, we can learn to control them and, in the process, influence other aspects of our lives - such as resilience to stress or relationships with people.

The ability to listen

A negotiator who listens well discovers his partner's priorities, so he can make a good match with his partner's needs. A person learns and gains more by listening than by constantly talking - this applies to many aspects of life, both professional and personal.
