Music and cliparts as variety in the content created
05/05/2020In the process of creating any content, we often wonder what can be done to spice it up and get more audience in the process. We have found a way to do it - today a few words about how and from where to get legitimate resources that will allow us to create unique posts, blog posts, videos and much more.
There is already a post on our blog about graphics creation programs and why these graphics are important at all. However, if you are not quite comfortable with the role of a graphic designer or simply do not have the time to create your own images, you can successfully use the database of clipart available on the Internet.
Clipart - what is it?
Clipart is nothing more than an image that we attach to our document, in order to add character to it. Many sites offer access to a rich database of images that we can use to create various types of content.
One of them is Envato-an all-encompassing platform where you can find any type of resource best suited to the content you are creating. Envato Elements is a subscription-based marketplace for design products-a monthly membership provides unlimited access to a library of graphics, fonts, templates and more. The wide variety makes Envato one of the best sites for finding useful elements. You can download images in a variety of formats, from jpg to png, and if it's a web template, you can download it in html or wordpress format
So if you care about fast work progress and want to have, at your fingertips, access to a diverse gallery of images, and more (more on that in a moment)-test Envato
Graphics is not everything
However, the world doesn't end with graphics. An equally useful element in content design is music, which can add variety and make absorbing information more enjoyable. From here, it is also worth emphasizing the importance of putting the name of the song and the author's name under each project in which we use the music. Using such legal databases with audio files is a nod to artists, and an interesting way to distribute their works.
- Free Music Archive is an interactive library of legal audio downloads, founded by legendary free radio station WFMU. In addition to enjoying and downloading free music, users can create their own accounts, create profiles, make friends with other listeners, create and share mixes of FMA music, and write posts to their personal blogs.
All the music you find on Free Music Archive can be downloaded for free. What else you can do with the tracks varies depending on the license associated with each song.
There is something for everyone at Free Music Archive - if your project doesn't have a budget, the site's authors encourage you to use the "SEARCH FMA" feature, while if you have that budget then, regardless of its size, it's worth checking out the "SAFE, ROYALTY FREE MUSIC" option
- AudioHero is another site offering unlimited free music and sound effects. There are different levels of subscription rates, starting from the lowest- The Prodigy for $9.99 (50 downloads per month) to The Hero (3,000 downloads per year for $299.99). Samples on the site are divided into two categories, where you'll find music or a variety of sound effects. AudioHero is thus a source for finding great samples at affordable prices
- AudioJungle is part of Envato Market, which offers a comprehensive collection of all music genres, from pop to heavy metal and vocals, but also music kits and sound effects. In addition to the basic features each library has, in AudioJungle you can check reviews left by other users and use the collection to save your favorite music as you browse. Also worth mentioning is the AudioJungle community- in the forums, experts share their knowledge, and you can easily get help from other developers with whom you can discuss features and products, and make contacts in the process
Adding images or sounds to the content you create will certainly make it more appealing to your audience. However, these two tricks are not enough! If you're curious about what else you can do to spice up your work - stay tuned for future posts.
