Managing by Praise vs. Managing by requirements

This scale measures the extent to which a leader thinks people are motivated by praise or punishment and requirements.

General scales - main leadership competences

Subsequent analyzes have shown that the results obtained in three general scales testify to the effectiveness of the leader. ILM72 also measures these three main scales.

Focus on achieving resultsThe scale shows the extent to which we are dealing with definite determination to achieve - in the long and short term.
