Smart Manager - Our answer to the need of the highest quality

In today's post, we would like to present you our product. SmartManager is a platform for comprehensive process management in a company. In the current pandemic situation, many of us work remotely - at home. European Qualifications Framework

European Qualifications Framework (ERK) - the structure of qualifications levels adopted in the European Union, which is a reference system of the national qualifications framework, enabling comparisons of qualifications obtained in different countries. That is the definition, but what does this mean in practice? Let's imagine that a work order is needed - let's adopt the production department. We need a specialist with specific qualifications. We have several of them on board our plant. How to pick the one who has the right skills to complete the task? SmartManager, thanks to the division into competence levels: Alpha, Beta, Gamma etc., allows you to classify a specialist to the appropriate level. Thanks to this, we quickly get the answer, which employee will be best suited to the task. From experience with our satisfied customers, we know that this solution has been successfully used in the allocation of substitutions.

What is the role in SmartManager?

In accordance with the adopted strategy, each company defines a set of positions necessary to achieve the purposes for which it determines the required qualifications. Our proposal is to organize competences according to the roles performed in the company and assign them the required skill level on a scale of 1 to 8, in accordance with the Polish and European Qualifications Framework.
